The costs of leaks in industrial settings is high in terms of financial, environmental and reputational costs. Leak prevention and detection is getting more and more attention and as a result many technologies have been developed and tested in the field with various amounts of success. This presentation will share some of the history, the current technologies available (including pros and cons), and the current state of the leak detection/prevention industry. Participants in this presentation can expect to take a way a good understanding of the available technologies, their relative strengths, weaknesses, costs, return on investment as well as where the technologies and applications are heading in the future.
