Manitoba sends strong signal

The Province of Manitoba tabled a Budget on March 11, 1992, which contains some important new initiatives designed to improve the fiscal environment for mining in the province. In addition, the Minister of Energy and Mines has released details of the Mineral Exploration Incentive Program which was originally announced in the 1991 Budget.
