THE MICROSCOPE AS AN AID IN METALLURGY
The following outline gives a brief account of some of the ways in which microscopy is applied to the problems arising from the various operations of the Tadanac reduction works, at Trail, B. C. The Sullivan ore is a very fine-grained mixture of galena, marmatite, pyrite and pyrrhotite.
