The Role of Nuclear Power in Canada
WHEN Dr. Horace Fraser, your President, invited me to speak to you today I advised him in confidence that I was leaving my present positions on April 30th. In the circumstances it seemed to me that this audience might prefer to have as its speaker one who would have a continuing association with the atomic energy programme. Dr. Fraser was kind enough to suggest that my remarks might he of special interest to you, since I would he able to sum up my views on the atomic energy programme. I hope that I will not disappoint him or you on that score
