Whither the Mining Engineer Degree?

THE OPPORTUNITY to participate in a CIM seminar concerning the direction of mining engineer training is perhaps fortuitous as it comes at a time when the engineering schools which have invited inspection by Canadian Accreditation Board of the Canadian Council of Professional Engineers are examining their respective curricula.
