Over the last two years, Mosaic Company's mine site in Carlsbad, New Mexico designed and implemented a novel approach to driving successful hazard identification across all jobs. The secret: making sure people are having the right conversations before (and during) every job to ensure that no hazard goes unnoticed. Sounds easy enough right? Well it wasn't.
