This paper provides a worthwhile contribution to the knowledge needed for calculating and using mathematical models of grinding circuits. T he computer search algorithm proposed should remove much of the g uesswork as well as reduce computer processing costs and improve the accuracy of estimated parameter values for grinding mill models
